- Responsible for the technical delivery of UC and Collaboration projects, including planning, design, implementation and testing of technical solutions which meet business requirements.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions required for new projects.
- Partner with key vendors and providers on design, change, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with global UC and Collaboration architect and regional technology groups for integration, development and standardization of UC.
- Working with business to understand theirs expectation for additional features and further development and improvement of the UC platforms.
- Build and maintain project-related documentation (LLD, HLD and post-implementation), ensuring that accurate information is always available and on the high level.
- Working with project management team to provide financial estimates for implementation and project.
- Research, deep dive, recommend and implement new software, feature, tools and processes to provide the outstanding collaboration experience.
- Automation, developing and improving of UCC Service.
- Software version and feature releases including planning, testing and deployment.
- Ensuring maximum availability, integrity and performance of the Unified Communications infrastructure.
- Presents Unified Communication and Collaboration topics and solutions to business and internal clients.
- University Degree, preferably in a computer/technical related subject.
- 1-3 proven track record working with leading Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) systems like Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya and certifications are a plus.
- Good understanding of the WebEx, MS Teams or similar platform.
- Familiarity with mobility products and strategies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 product.
- Experience with global vendors and telecommunications, SIP trucking and Session Border Controllers.
- Familiarity with voice/VoIP and contact centre technologies including Cisco UC, CUAC-A, CUCN, UCCE, UCCX, Cisco Expressways, IOS Voice Gateways, WebEx contact centre, Nice in-Contact, Verba/Verint, Dubber, NGN/TFN cloud platform, CUBE, Ribbon SBC, Video.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
- Good understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, RTP/SRTP including TLS, H.323, MGCP.
- Functional knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/SDWAN topologies, Ethernet, MPLS, QoS, Differentiated Services and security concepts.
- Excellent written (document and presentation) and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in programming and scripting tools/languages such as Python/Perl and PowerShell for automation a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
