Production Engineer

Job tasks:
The offer applies to permanent work.
- Implementation and development of new processes: Creation and development of new assembly and production lines
- Control, analysis and optimisation of production processes to ensure efficient operation
- Creation of instructions and necessary process/ production documents
- Supervision of technical documentation of machinery and equipment and process documentation (FMEA, Process Flow, cycle times)
- Participation and representation of the company during internal and external audits
- Training employees on new machines and procedures
- Technical supervision: monitoring of subsequent production steps, including selection of materials and equipment, support in case of technical problems and breakdowns
- Quality and Safety Control: Supervising compliance with safety standards and quality procedures
- Higher technical education
- At least 2 years experience, preferably in the automotive sector
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent work organisation, communication skills and good teamwork
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP and IATF will be an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or Production Engineering
